• $6 / night for wooden Khmer style house, one big bed room with fan, share bathroom downstairs, mosquito net.
• $8 / night for wooden Khmer style house, two single bed room with fan, share bathroom downstairs, mosquito net.
• $10 / night for concrete private room, one big bed with fan, bathroom attached.
• $12 / night for concrete private room, two single bed with fan, bathroom attached.

• If someone want to include three meals ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) just add $10 more for one person.
• For someone who bring the group to stay and do the activities in the community or someone who stay from 5 nights up will be appropriately discount.
• All rooms are nice fruit trees surrounded with greenery plants and rice paddy setting.
• We cook at our out door kitchen, so you can see or learn some Khmer cooking lesson with us.
• Electric city 24 hours
• Internet access available for checking and sending mails
• Free bicycle
